Learning to read

So since I have gone through my early experience with books and going to the library and being introduced to reading I should probably discuss my experience with learning to read. Unfortunatly I do not have any interesting stories about learning to read. I did not stuggle with it nor did I pick it up super quickly. It kind of just happend. I do recall one of the first book I read, and when I mean books I mean series.

When I was in Duzine I was nuts about the Magic Tree House books. I loved reading them all the time. They were so great because they were so easy to read. I also liked reading them because although they were easy to read they had chapters so it made them seem like they were a higher reading level. I also loved that Jack and Annie would get to go on all of these great adventures but they would always be back before there parents noticed they were gone. I also enjoyed them because I could read them in a day or two and when I was done with one book, I could just move on to the next in the series.

  3. I remember the Magic Tree House series! I loved those books, unfortunately the library only had fractions of the series so I started with 23 first and 1 second. It was always such a great sense of accomplishment being able to read an entire series of books!
